At CANDY HOUSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and cables included, and perform a factory reset to remove personal data.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your item and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
